Identification of the Interference Type that Damages the M-Sequence in the Radio Channel Using a Neural Network

The classical scheme for detecting and receiving a spread spectrum signal involves the use of a correlator or a matched filter, which determine the degree of correspondence between the received signal and the copy stored in the memory of the receiving device. At the same time, by supplementing the receiving device with a neural network, it can be used to identify the interference acting in the wireless channel. The article describes the process of building and using a neural network in this capacity, an experiment confirming the hypothesis is presented.
