On the Development of Continuing Education Technology in an Aging Society

Under the background of accelerating the aging process, the sustainable development of continuing education technology is of great significance to improve the level of economic development and the overall quality of the elderly workers, and to achieve healthy aging. In the process of aging society, there are many difficulties in the management system, teaching resources, education mode, teaching form and teaching content of continuing education technology. Therefore, we can improve the technology of continuing education from two aspects: one is to strengthen propaganda, raise awareness, straighten out management system, increase investment in funds and improve laws and regulations; the other is to broaden teaching content, strengthen the construction of teachers, reform teaching methods and means at the institutional level to promote aging.
