Technological and Legal Aspects of the Use of Machine Learning Elements in Chaotic Information Processing Systems

The technological and legal aspects of using the basic element of machine learning, namely the reservoir computing formed on the basis of a chaotic scheme, are considered in the work. An algorithm for generating a wide range of input values of the reservoir to obtain the required output functions is proposed.
