Research on the Control of Fatigue Loading System of Wind Turbine Blade Biaxial Hydraulic Actuator

Aiming at the problems of insufficient excitation force and long test period in the fatigue test experiment of the current wind turbine blades using the uniaxial loading scheme, this article have designed a biaxial fatigue loading device driven by a hydraulic actuator, and established the mathematical model of this system. Due to the problem of unsynchronization of the actuators in the same direction caused by leakage of the hydraulic system, added BP neural network PID synchronization controller, and this article used simulink and Amesim to conduct joint simulation analysis of hydraulic system. Perform experimental research on this basis, the experimental research results show that: compared with the traditional PID control algorithm, the synchronization control algorithm makes the system reach a stable speed state 30% earlier, shortens the fatigue test time, and makes the actuator of the same direction's synchronization effect has increased by 20%.
