Information Support System of Innovative Activity as Element of Infrastructure of the Innovations Republic of Kazakhstan

It is noted that according to the Global Innovation Index, Kazakhstan is in the eighth ten of the rating lists, and that the development of digital technologies is recognized as one of the ways to diversify the national economy and reorient from a raw material to an industrial service model. One of the guidelines of the program Digital Kazakhstan is creation of an innovative ecosystem, in which the innovative and digital development is considered as a whole, which provides favorable prerequisites for implementing the projects, aimed at innovative activity information support. There is listed the data, characterizing exponential growth of digital information volumes, which aggravates the problem of information support of scientific-engineering development processes. There is a concise analysis of the current situation in the innovative activity information support area, touching the terminological, theoretical-methodological and informational aspects. There are formulated goals and tasks of innovations information support system being developed in the Republic of Kazakhstan. There is given a concise description of the system thereof as a single-entry point into the global information space via being created an information portal, where collected the meta-information both about Kazakhstan's information resources and other countries' resources. There is presented a working variant of metadata base structure, being used in the being described system of information support of RK innovative activity.
