Modeling and Optimization of RIES Based on Composite Energy Pipeline Energy Supply

The composite energy pipeline (CEP) is an emerging multi-energy flow transmission technology that combines superconducting cable and liquefied natural gas (LNG) pipeline. The CEP carries a large amount of high-grade cold energy during operation. However, the existing regional integrated energy system(RIES) does not have a corresponding recycling plan for the input cold energy. We propose a new type of energy system coupled by a CEP and RIES, which is based on the research of the current situation of the cold, heat, electricity and gas supply modes of the RIES. On this basis, in order to make full use of the cold energy carried by the CEP, this paper also proposes a cold energy recovery method combined with the RIES, and the cold energy cascade utilization based on exergy analysis method. We improve the energy efficiency of the system through cold recovery and the unified optimized dispatch of the cold, heat, electricity and gas supply systems, finally realize the efficient use of energy by the system and improve the profitability of the system.
