Analysis of the Clustering Algorithm Effectiveness when an Autonomous Car's Estimating the Angular Coordinates

Multi-channel millimeter-wave sensors are widely used in autonomous cars. They are used to estimate the direction to a radio emission source. The estimation of the direction to the radio emission source using the maximum likelihood method is considered in the paper. For its effective implementation an clustering algorithm for an optimal value search has been developed and applied. Its comparison with other optimization algorithms has been carried out. The developed algorithm usage for estimating the direction in a MIMO millimeter-wave sensor is considered.
