Research on the Present Situation of Professional Identity of Young University Teachers Based on the KMO Sample Suitability Test and Bartlett Spherical Test

Based on the identity theory the paper carried out an empirical research on the status of young university teachers' professional identity. The SPSS23.0 Statistics Software was used to analyze the data and the KMO Sample Suitability Test and Bartlett Spherical Test were used to verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. The results show that at present the overall level of the young university teachers’ professional identity is good however that is imbalanced. There are the most important factors such as the gender, educational background and the nature of the school to affect the professional identity of the young university teachers. Finally, the research provides effective data support for improving the professional identity level of the young university teachers.
