Analysis on the Application of 3D Virtual Digital Technology in the Teaching of Clothing Specialty

The development of digital technology leads the transformation and upgrading of various manufacturing industries. The application of 3D virtual digital technology changes the traditional fashion design, production, marketing and management methods, which makes the teaching methods of traditional clothing majors incompatible with the development of advanced technology. This paper analyzes the problems and limitations of the two-dimensional digital technology in the teaching of traditional clothing majors, expounds the advantages of 3D virtual digital software in the teaching of clothing design majors in technology, teaching methods, and learning methods. The experimental platform, implementation plan, and actual operation steps of the company are used for application exploration and research.
