The Exploration of the Reform Path of Integrating Teaching and Competition in Financial Market Course Based on the Mixed Online-offline Teaching Mode

With the development of Internet technology and the popularization of information-based teaching, a variety of financial discipline competitions using digital and simulation platforms have emerged, and the universities are paying increasingly more attention to the competition education. According to the characteristics of the financial competitions, the mixed online-offline teaching mode can better meet the competition requirements, which can stimulate students' interest in theoretical learning by using the online open courses, and improve students' practical ability by using the simulation operation and competition platform. This paper takes Financial Market course as an example and introduces the concept of competition-teaching integration into the curriculum. Through the construction of teaching evaluation system, it has been concluded that competition-teaching integration is more conducive to improving the teaching effect and making the teaching objectives more clear. Therefore, in the course of Financial Market, competition should be taken as the starting point in the daily teaching process and other innovative teaching methods such as mixed online-offline teaching mode should be adopted to optimize the teaching effect, which provides universal ideas for the teaching reform of subsequent courses.
