Single Junction Highly Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells With Sun-Light Tracking System

Perovskite materials as the sunlight-receiving layer in photovoltaic devices have resulted in high short circuit current density (Jsc) along with almost 15% energy conversion efficiency (ECE). The charge transportation layer, absorption layer materials, and their thickness have an important influence on device funtioning parameters. is used which bandgap is 1. 55eV along with a solitary axis sun-light tracking function is integrated. In this investigation, the rays of the sun are utilized by photovoltaic-panels most effectively as a solar tracking mechanism adjusts the photovoltaic-panels to the direction where sun-light beat down vertical on the earth. The device's efficiency has been improved by using an Electron Transport Layer (ETL) of aluminum-doped Zinc Oxide (AZO) and a Hole Transport Layer (HTL) of NiO. A systematic study is conducted in order to provide a comprehensive recommendation for single-junction highly effective perovskite solar cells with their optical properties integrated into sun-tracking devices. So, the solar panel can absorb energy to a maximum extent in a cost-efficient way.
