The new water-cooled cold plate for active phased array antenna using AM technology

Power of Active Phased Array Antenna (APAA) and heat of the antenna element tend to increase. Therefore, a cooling system with higher efficiency for the antenna element is required. The new water-cooled cold plate we developed using AM technology must be an important component in the antenna system. The new water-cooled cold plate has significantly improved heat dissipation performance compared to conventional manufacturing technology.
