Statistical Comparison Between Experimental and Numerical Simulation Results of The Solar Cell

This study compares the numerical simulation and laboratory measurement result of a solar cell. The numerical simulation was made in the MATLAB software. To perform the laboratory measurements, a solar simulator was required. As a precursor to this research, a standard solar simulator was developed. Requirements for solar simulators are managed by American Standard for Testing and Materials (ASTM) E972 (IEC 60904-9). The model validation was performed by comparing the measured and simulated results. Validation can be said to be successful.
