The Role Of Acoustic Tomography For Pondok Jagung Lake Monitoring

Regular lake monitoring is an important activity to maximize lake utilization as a buffer zone in urban areas. Problems that can occur due to lack of monitoring i.e. lack of maintenance that causes major problems like sedimentation, levee breaks, or land conversion. Therefore, we conduct sample research in Pondok Jagung Lake with three objectives:(1) Identify Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) from pair station to analyze the signal resistance, (2) Analyzing impact between rain with water temperature result, (3) Analyzing Pondok Jagung Lake water transport. Data collection was conducted from November 3rd, 2020 to November 11th, 2020. SNR data were obtained through field data using Acoustic Tomography. Acoustic Tomography data processed becomes temperature and water transport using Mackenzie formula. Furthermore, regression analysis is used to determine the correlation between weather data and water temperature data. The result is: SNR in J1 and J2 station shows result around 12, the signal arrival data is very strong

which means there is no significant resistance like silting or major sedimentation around station placement; There is a strong association between water temperature and rain; Water transport between J1-J2 path result is around 0-0,5 m/s strongly affected by wind.
