Development of Low-Field Pulsed NMR Instrument Probe

The probe is the most important and sensitive part of the low-field pulse nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) instrument. Compared with probes of other shapes, the solenoid probes have the advantages of high Q (quality factor) value and good magnetic field uniformity. Based on the theoretical analysis of the solenoid probe circuit, the technical parameters of the electronic components in this type of probe are deduced. Based on this, the solenoid probe is developed combined with the precise manufacturing process. Finally, a detailed description is given for the test method of the probe and the selection of high-performance components such as capacitors in the development.
