Two Dimensional Linear Calibration of Magnetometer Array Tensor

The magnetic sensor array has the advantages of simultaneously obtaining multiple location magnetic field information and measuring data with high efficiency and reliability, so magnetic sensor array has more and more extensive applications. In order to effectively solve the impact of non-coaxial nonlinear errors on the measurement accuracy of magnetic sensor array during installation. In this paper, based on the measurement principle of magnetic gradiometer and the biplanar cruciform magnetic gradient system, an array consisting of six fluxgate sensors is built and coaxial linear calibration is carried out. The rotation matrix of fluxgate sensor for three-axis azimuth conversion was constructed, and 5,000 real-time measurements were made for each sensor. The experimental results show that the measured magnetic field values of the sensors at different measurement points can be well projected onto the coordinate axis of the reference sensor, and the magnetic field information of the measurement point is not changed, which has high reliability. The planar cruciform magnetic gradiometer has a simple and stable structure. This system can form any sensor array with symmetrical structure. Therefore, any sensor array with symmetrical structure can be used for coaxial linear calibration using the model proposed in this paper.
