Single-Ended Power Amplifier Stability Analysis Using Large Signal Stability Factor

In this paper, the concept of stability in the design of microwave single-ended power amplifier is discussed. With the aid of Keysight ADS simulation software, large signal stability factor is simulated to determine the stability while the amplifier is working under large signals. The technique is demonstrated with a L band 40 dBm GaN single-ended power amplifier design.
