Modeling and Simulation Analysis of Topology Networking for Support Mechanism of Modular Space Deployable Antenna

To solve the problem of multi-module precise connection of support mechanism for modular space deployable antenna, a topology networking method is proposed. According to the general requirements of deployable antenna mesh surface, the composition and deployment principle of deployable antenna mechanism are analyzed. Based on the basic theories of differential geometry, analytical geometry and robotics, the geometric models of envelope circle from the first layer to the fifth layer are established respectively, and the modeling rules of geometric model for multi-layer envelope circle are analyzed, thus spatial geometry model of the deployable antenna meeting the requirements of large-scale development is constructed. On this basis, the influence relationships among spherical radius, envelope circle radius and module layers, and other parameters are analyzed respectively. Finally, the correctness of the model is validated with the numerical simulation software MATLAB, and the validation results show that the method can achieve accurate connection of multiple modules.
