PCDTBT:PCBM:CdSe Tetrapod Shaped Nanocrystals Hybrid Nanocomposites Based UV-Visible Photodetectors

This letter reports a PCDTBT: PCBM: CdSe tetrapod shaped nanocrystals (NCs) nanocomposites based hybrid inorganic-organic ultraviolet (UV)-Visible (Vis) photodetector fabricated on fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) coated glass substrate. The tetrapod shaped nanocrystals synthesized by solution method are mixed with PCDTBT: PCBM to achieve the desired nanocomposites for the active layer of the device. The ZnO nanorods are used as the electron transport layer (ETL) and a MoO
