Control System for the Assembling Rubber Products Technological Process Using Radio Frequency Identification

The introduction of wireless technologies for identifying and positioning objects in existing production processes is a promising and relevant direction in the development of industry. Such technologies are especially effective for assembling, multi-operation production, where accounting for more materials and components in all technological and controlled operations is a key factor for improving the efficiency of organization and planning of production. The requirements for informatization and “transparency” of modern production facilities are increasing. It also increases the inefficiency of manual data collection operations and the response time to changing parameters, which becomes a real problem. The technology of radio frequency identification is considered as a method of identification and positioning. The advantages and disadvantages are given. Use examples of radio frequency identification in the fields of industry and human activity are given. The assembling a rubber hose technological process description in production is given. A block diagram of the technical automation tools for the control system for the described stages is presented.
