Making Decisions about the Placement of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Based on the Implementation of an Artificial Immune System in Relation to Information Processing

The article presents a way to solve one of the important tasks of conducting search missions or observing a swarm of unmanned aerial vehicles in space - finding the optimal flight paths of each individual drone. This problem can be solved through the application of bio-inspired mechanisms that mimic the behavior of biological systems. A group of drones, armed with joint intelligence, is able to perform the task assigned to them in a timely and high-quality manner during search missions. The article describes the task of placing drones on the map of the area for the joint execution of the task assigned to the swarm. The study also presents a model of a highly adaptive natural immune system, as well as its adaptation to calculate the optimal trajectories of aircraft, taking into account randomly occurring negative factors that hinder the implementation of the mission. In addition, the article describes an advanced algorithm for determining the trajectories of drones at each waypoint based on the solution of the optimization problem and concludes that the combination of the problem of placing drones on the terrain map and the use of bioinspired approaches is applicable.
