Structural Analysis using Galois Lattice Concept for Strategic Business Processes Alignment

Nowadays, a contemporary company should be Process oriented. All of the enterprise processes generally constitute a process mapping organized into three categories: management processes, support processes and business processes. The Business Process Management is often one of the most project of top management in a company. Therefore, decision-makers invest in ensuring the flexibility, agility and efficiency of business processes through optimization, innovation and process re-engineering to continuously align them with the Information Technology (IT) strategy according to the overall strategy of the company. In this work, we propose a holistic approach based on systemic tools like the Galois lattice in order to provide a structural analysis of business processes according to the enterprise goals. This technique is deployed in a Logistic company to assess the alignment of some business processes with strategic aims of the company.
