Single LT1228 Based Electronically Controllable Sawtooth Generator

The simple sawtooth generator is presented in this article. The circuit uses three actives (LT1228, NOT gate; CD4009, and NMOS) and passive (a capacitor and two resistors) elements. Electronically adjusting the generator's frequency can be independently achieved by the current bias (I
