Usability Evaluation of ERP Systems: A Comparison between SAP S/4 Hana & Oracle Cloud

To obtain a competitive advantage in the current globalized market, its indispensable for all organizations regardless their size to invest in ERP Systems. Overall, end users in such organizations are confronted with interfaces that are complicatedly designed and poor usability of such systems. Through our experiment we will be examining collective information over the effect of information complexity and its presentation for the end users utilizing ERP software derived from the feedback of project managers who implemented and managed both ERP software. The promises to attain great benefits through deploying ERP software, the potential to attain full productivity is not well exploited. Among the reasons of such fact is the lack of investing in software ergonomic measures. We will be revealing that ergonomic research is highly recommended and valued through the design of ERP software applications to minimize both the human costs and the financial one that are currently being challenged by organizations.
