Empirical Study on Financial Fraud of Luckin Coffee

Since its establishment, Luckin Coffee has attracted much attention because of its “subversive new retail model”. After the exposure of financial fraud, its business model has caused more extensive disputes. This paper analyzes the deep motivation of financial fraud through qualitative analysis and case empirical research, combined with fraud triangle theory and rationalization factors, and tries to seek capital market capital The current reasons provide enlightenment for the reform path of market supervision in China.
