Structure and Mechanical Performance Analysis of Functional Structure Integrated Antenna Array

This paper proposes a functional structure integrated antenna array structure. The antenna-feeder functional component waveguide linear array participates in structural bearing and heat dissipation at the same time. After multiple waveguide linear arrays are connected to the antenna array frame, the normal rigidity of the antenna array can be greatly improved. At the same time, the cooling fins of the conventional air-cooled array are omitted, and the structure of the antenna array is light and thin and efficient heat dissipation is realized. Based on the commercial finite element simulation software, this paper analyzes the mechanical properties of the array bearing frame and the key functional structural component waveguide linear array. The analysis results show that the antenna-feeder functional component waveguide linear array meets the structural bearing requirements under extreme load conditions. After multiple waveguide linear arrays are connected to the antenna array frame, the dynamic response of the antenna array frame in the normal direction of the panel can be suppressed. It is beneficial to realize the lightweight and thin structure design of the antenna array frame.
