Design of Intelligent Transport Vehicle for Ceramic Pipe Fittings Based on Single Chip Computer

This research is based on the background of the existing AVG logistics transportation trolley system, and in the case of small and medium storage sites and short goods transfer routes, a convenient, multi-purpose, and widely integrated intelligent transport vehicle system is studied. According to the production process of ceramic pipe fittings, this design is based on the realization of the self-balancing smart car of STM32F407 single-chip microcomputer. The car uses STM32 single-chip microcomputer to complete sensor signal processing, algorithm realization and control of body balance. At the same time, the MPU-6050 sensor is used to collect the angular velocity data and linear velocity data of the trolley, and balance can be achieved under the cooperation of various modules. Combining this balance car with the ceramic pipe fitting rack, the CCD line patrol module can make the trolley keep track walking, and can accurately and quickly transport the produced ceramic pipe fittings to the storage area for storage or the next process. This intelligent transport vehicle realizes a seamless connection from pipe fittings off the assembly line to warehousing storage and replacement production lines. This design reduces labor costs and improves work efficiency. This design makes production more intelligent.
