Study on Transmission Precision of 3K-type Gear Mechanism Considering Eccentricity Error

An analytical model of 3K-type planetary gear mechanism transmission system with eccentricity error is established. This paper uses the analytical model of transmission error to derive the equivalent relationship between instantaneous pitch nodes, transmission ratio error and transmission error; using the analytical model of hysteresis to derive the relationship between the center distance increment, the circumferential backlash and the output hysteresis; using RecurDyn software to establish a multi-body dynamic model with eccentricity error to verify the error calculation model, and the difference between the theoretical model and the simulation model is analyzed.
