Impact of Business Environment on Industrial Structure Optimization and Upgrading in Liaoning Province through Big Data Analysis

Based on the data of Liaoning province from 2008 to 2017, this paper studies the impact of business environment on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Through empirical analysis, it is found that the business environment has a significant impact on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in a region. Meanwhile, through correlation analysis of big data, this paper finds that liaoning province has improved its environmental factors such as financing, competition fairness, government scale, patent protection, internal government supervision, people's sense of power, social credit and social security. However, local innovation environment, resource access, market intermediary, government intervention and degree of opening to the outside world and other environmental factors need to be further improved.
