Magnetic field influence on the Ag/sub 2/Te crystals magnetic resistance

Summary form only given. The influence of inhomogeneities in the distribution of point defects on the field and temperature dependencies of the Ag/sub 2/Te crystal magnetic resistance is investigated. It is found that in a strong magnetic field at 300/spl deg/C the crosswise and longitudinal magnetic resistance field dependence is close to linear. On the basis of the above observed magnetic field and temperature dependencies it may be concluded that most of the point defects in Ag/sub 2/Te are situated in fluctuational accumulations irregularly distributed in the crystal volume.
