Personality prediction using Digital footprints

The feasibility of using Facebook data has been evaluated to improve the performance of the recruitment system, particularly résumé verification, and identify the personality by using social network analysis. Social media nowadays is a huge platform where users generally spend too much time on social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. like posting a page, commenting, liking the post, certification uploading, and adding friends. Such a system is designed to verify the genuineness of users by scraping or exploring data from Facebook or LinkedIn or both. The proposed system has explored the post of persons and classify it into technology-related, violence-related, and many more are the comments provided on his post and the reaction towards the language of handling a query is being parsed and classified by using the machine learning algorithm of the previously trained dataset by using SVM. At the end, this information will be given to the company to make their own decision based on this result.
