Design and Implementation of Moistureless Automatic Air Cooler by using Bluetooth module

In this paper, the proposed air cooler is a sort of conventional air cooler, which is useful in providing room cooling as well as refrigeration system. The proposed air cooler consists of a water tank, pumping motor and fan, which can also turn ON and OFF through bluetooth module. In this air cooler, silica gel is used instead of grass pad. Actually, in normal coolers, after sometime grass pad will become more unhygienic and there is another big problem that, when air passes through this grasspad, there will be some water molecule, which will make our atmosphere sticky. Henceforth, by utilizing silica gel, water tank is not required and also silica gel absorbs moisture so that it will also reduce the weight of cooler and helps to maintain a hygienic environment. There are some precautions required to follow; it is required to stay our silica gel pad under the sun for some time after 7 days and it is required to spray some water on silica gel. As observed, there is no use of water, so water tank and pumping water is getting reduced as well. So there for our electric consumption will be reduced. This makes the proposed cooler portable. The proposed air cooler utilizes smart automation to control the fan speed, power, swing using mobile phone. The proposed cooler will connect automatically to mobile phone using Bluetooth.
