Designing an Escape Room Educational Game for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training: The Evaluation of Learning Achievement and Flow State

The study aimed to develop an escape room educational game for learning cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) procedure. To evaluate the game, thirty-eight junior high students from northern Taiwan participated in a learning activity using the game. The results revealed that learners this game enhanced students' learning achievement of CPR procedure. Meanwhile, learners generally enjoyed playing the game in terms of their flow state, and perceived the game as useful and easy to use.
