Design of Separating Structure of Small Satellite with Elastic Metal

The development of modern science and technology is closely related to satellites. In order to enhance the overall national strength, various countries are launching satellites. Compared with large satellites, small satellites have more advantages, such as lower capital investment, lower risk and higher performance, and therefore become a core of future aviation technology. When researching the technology of small satellites, a key issue is the separation of satellites and arrows. There is a close relationship between this technology and the performance of small satellites, which will affect whether the satellite can be successfully launched. Due to the short research time of small satellites and the imperfect development of separation technology, this technology has many shortcomings, such as not having high reliability and having a large separation impact. In this paper, the research on the separation technology of small satellites, stars and arrows is carried out, and the elastic metal unlocking device is discussed, which lays the foundation for the improvement of the technical level.
