Research on Financial Scheme of Digital Motor Vehicle Certification Based on Blockchain Technology

The motor vehicle certificate is a certification document printed by the motor vehicle manufacturer and distributed with the vehicle that contains the key information of the vehicle and anti-counterfeiting information. At present, some car dealers obtain loans from commercial banks to expand their operations by pledge of new car vehicle certificates. However, the publicity of the whole process is not strong, the degree of mutual trust is not high, and there is a risk of damage to one or more parties in the information mismatch between car dealers, commercial banks, and consumers. This article attempts to solve related puzzles and promote the orderly development of auto finance by introducing blockchain technologies that are “unforgeable”, “all traces”, “open and transparent” and “collective maintenance”.
