Competition Neural Network Model Application in the Bilingual Teaching Quality Evaluation of Universities

Combined with the general principle of teaching evaluation and the characteristics of bilingual teaching, a more scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of bilingual teaching quality in colleges and universities is constructed. Based on the advantages of competitive neural network in adaptive learning of pattern classification, this paper presents an evaluation method of bilingual teaching quality in colleges and universities based on competitive network, and takes the bilingual course “Port Planning and Layout” as an example to analyze and calculate, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of the evaluation method.
