Analysis of environmental factors of human resource management process model from the perspective of Computer Engineering

Human resource management and competition are becoming more and more important in the development of enterprises. From the perspective of control and computer, this paper analyzes the elements of enterprise survival environment in the process model of human resource management. On the basis of systematic analysis, this paper creatively uses SWOT analysis algorithm to analyze the impact of corresponding environmental factors on human resource management mode, and formulates a complete set of human resource development strategy. At the same time, in view of the problems existing in the human resource model from the perspective of control and computer, this paper puts forward specific implementation rules and strategies, and theoretically verifies the effectiveness and reliability of the corresponding rules.
