Analysis of three-dimensional temperature field and relevant sensitivity factors in magnetic honing system

Magnetic honing system works in frequency conversion control mode, which produces high harmonic content, resulting in high temperature rise and serious heating. In order to study the temperature distribution law of honing system, the influence of initial temperature of cooling medium and system loss on the temperature rise distribution law of the system. Based on the basic theory of fluid mechanics and the relevant assumptions of the system, the three-dimensional mathematical model and simplified three-dimensional finite element calculation model of the honing system are established. The temperature distribution of the honing system is obtained by using the method of fluid-solid coupling. The effectiveness of the simplified model is verified by the temperature rise test of the honing system. In addition, on the basis of the system temperature field calculation model, the influence of the temperature of the cooling medium and the input of the system on the overall temperature of the system and the temperature distribution law are also considered. This research is of great significance to the thermal loss control and input optimization of magnetic honing system as well as the model optimization and temperature field calculation of small motors.
