Effect of Screening and Depolarization in Cylindrical Ferroelectric Capacitor

Unlike planar ferroelectric capacitor, there is nonzero electric field at zero bias in cylindrical ferroelectric capacitor, which plays different roles near the inner and outer electrode: polarization and depolarization. We analyzed their origins and investigated the impacts of cylinder inner radius and film thickness on these fields.
