Minimization of parameters number describing accuracy of data acquisition system

The paper considers the problem of the minimization of the number of parameters necessary to describe the accuracy of data acquisition systems. The minimization is fulfilled on the example of AD7714 /spl Sigma/-/spl Delta/ ADC by Analog Devices.
