The Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in the Argumentation of the Rationality about Talent Training Program

The talent training plan is the overall design blueprint and implementation plan of talent training, and it is also the cornerstone of the cultivation of high-quality talents in universities. The formulation of high-quality talent training programs is the guarantee of professional construction and talent training quality. In this paper, the principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is used to construct an evaluation model for talent training programs, and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is used to rationally verify the rationality of the curriculum system in the talent training program, so as to select a more scientific, comprehensive and reasonable talent training and provide a basis for the society to cultivate high-quality talents.
