Creation of a Certification System for Ensuring the Safety of Information Transfer Between Vehicles and Intelligent Road Infrastructure in the Russian Federation

The article describes the structure of the national ITS network and the formation of the structure of the certification system in the Russian Federation. To ensure the proper level of information and cybersecurity of intelligent transport systems and intelligent road infrastructure, including in matters of depersonalization of personal data of users, a system for issuing security certificates should be built. Ensuring the security of data transmission while ensuring the operation of ITS is the most important task when implementing new technologies and services. To ensure the control of the relevance of certificates of compliance with the level of ensuring the safety of equipment and technological processes in ITS, it is necessary to form a national structure for issuing safety certificates.
