Problemic Issues of Deploying Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems During of Digital Transformation

The article discusses the problematic issues of the development of intelligent transport systems and the deployment of cooperative intelligent transport systems, taking into account the issues of ensuring the safety of critical infrastructures during digital transformation. Attention is paid to terminology as an effective means of bringing together the opinions of specialists from interdependent but in fact weakly interacting areas of knowledge, as well as a strategy for digital transformation.
