Organization Experience

The different notions (such as sociotechnical devices, collective intelligence or platform/meta‐organizational structuring with an anthropocentric orientation) converge towards what we call “organization experience”. Collective action as well as the implementation of an organizational model based on meta‐organization presupposes access to knowledge, information flows and internal data according to the needs of the stakeholders. The question of power games arises in the access to these resources due to the assimilation of information to power, all in a competitive and unstable context. Indeed, if it is possible to understand this intangible heritage as a common good that must be open to those who need it, the very high expectations of returns on investment and value creation through the “data” make it a strategic resource both internally and externally. Finally, the authors end by the use within this organizational form of digital common goods, and more particularly the question of the interoperability of the systems underlying the whole.
