Factor analysis of adsorption effect of molecular sieve purification system

Molecular sieve purification system is an important part of air separation installation. Whether the molecular sieve purification system works effectively directly affects the safe and effective operation of the air separation system. Comprehending the working principle of molecular sieve purification system and analyzing the factors affecting the purification effect are helpful to improve the safety of the system and reduce the energy consumption of the system. Aiming at the industrial process of molecular sieve adsorption in molecular sieve purification system of air separation plant, this paper introduces the composition and principle of molecular sieve purification system, and emphatically analyzes the influence of various factors on its adsorption performance in the working process of molecular sieve adsorber.
