Simulation Analysis of Mechanical Property of Aircraft Throttle Controller

Automatic throttle control system is widely used to assist to control the engine in modern aircraft. The throttle controller is an important component of the automatic throttle control mechanism. In order to meet the mechanical properties of aircraft throttle controller in the bumpy flight, and ensure the strength, stiffness and reliability of the product, the vibration simulation analysis of throttle controller was carried out. After 3D model of the throttle controller, the ANSYS was used to analyze the stress, strain and displacement of the throttle drive controller under impact loading. The modal analysis was carried out in order to find the first six modals and the lowest frequency. Based on modal analysis, the vibration curve was added to carry out the random vibration analysis as well. The displacements on Direction X, Y and Z were observed under the vibration. The simulation results suggest that the design of the throttle controller is reasonable, the structure and the strength meet the requirements of the project.
