The design of automatic pipe cutting and grooving machine based on the solid works

Grooved clamp connection technology is widely used in water supply and drainage system and fire protection industries. At present, the rolling groove processing method is complicated operation, high labor intensity, low production efficiency and poor processing quality, low production efficiency and poor processing quality. Based on the rolling groove machine, this paper designs a kind of automatic cutting and pressure groove machine which is realized by hydraulic and electric control. The performance of the main components is studied and the design of these components and the spatial layout of the whole machine are completed.
