Design of fuzzy PID stepping motor controller based on particle swarm optimization

This article takes STM32 as the control core and combines traditional PID control algorithms to propose a closed- loop stepper motor controller design scheme based on logic circuits. On this basis, in order to improve the adaptability of the controller, this paper uses fuzzy PID to complete the PID parameter selftuning, introduces the particle swarm algorithm to optimize the membership function of the fuzzy PID controller, and proposes an improvement strategy for the inertia factor and learning of the classic particle swarm algorithm. Simulation experiments show that this method can obtain a PID controller with faster response speed and shorter adjustment time compared with traditional PID.
