Abstract:
The tire dynamic balance performance test is a must-check item before the tire leaves the factory. The unbalanced amount is directly related to the safety of the car on the road and the operational stability of the vehicle. In this paper, the static model of the tire dynamic balancing machine is established, and the model is solved, and the least square method is applied to the final process of solving the unbalanced amount, which improves the calculation accuracy. The hardware platform of the test system was built, and the low-pass digital filter was used to remove low-frequency interference to obtain a pure harmonic signal. The experiment was conducted under the influence of these comprehensive measures, and the least square method was compared with the general method. The test results show that the parameters obtained by the least square method and the parameters obtained by the general calculation method have higher accuracy and lower fluctuations, and the tire dynamic balance test requirements are better completed.
