Vibration analysis of IEC 61373 standard based on measured data

The random vibration fatigue strength test of auxiliary equipment of urban rail vehicles in China is mainly conducted according to IEC61373-2010 standard. As the standard is summarized and formulated on the basis of European vehicle operation environment, whether it can meet the domestic vehicle operation environment needs further research. In this paper, the measured data of axle box and frame position of typical lines newly opened, operated for 3 years and more than 6 years in China are selected to calculate the total value of vibration acceleration and acceleration power spectral density, and the results are compared with the corresponding indexes in IEC61373-2010 standard. The analysis results show that there are high-frequency vibration beyond the standard loading frequency range, the vibration magnitude of the frame position of the operating line is greater than that of the IEC61373-2010 standard test vibration level, the IEC61373-2010 standard vibration load spectrum can not reflect the real vibration environment of domestic vehicles.
